In-Person Intensive

These intensives are in-person. We spend the day in your life (home or office) setting you up to thrive. Ordering your new phone, establishing your goals, creating sustainable routines, assessing your challenges and building up your resources while working through the issues that arise in the process. These are the days that can change the trajectory of your well-being enabling you to fall in love with your real life again (or maybe for the first time).
